2007 (see explanation issue 105).
Kits will be available at that time.
Please note Butterfly Kisses Daygown should be
listed as
Love and Stitches #144, not #145 which is the "Precious Peeps Crib
Set". Currently Butterfly Kisses is only
available in one size as a kit (white satin
batiste, blue & pink silk ribbon, floche, beads, and full sized
pattern
infant 8 to 15 lbs. with instructions).
My pattern grader was working on additional sizes so it could be
released as Love and Stitches pattern #144 in sizes 6mo-24 mo... but
lost her
home during Katrina and things are still behind schedule (a Fall 2006
release
is expected). I apologize for the
confusion. Cost for full kit is $45
including shipping. Call (803-642-1852) or email (please include
your full name, snail mail
address -street number required with
PO boxes, and VISA or MC credit card info including expiration
date) to reserve your kit today.
Happy Stitching!

Issue 98: Precious in Pink Layette
Each petite blush pink linen confection is
trimmed with softly gathered French lace.
Dainty embroidered floral garlands add handmade charm and the classic
look of yesterday to this precious layette. Whether you make these
frilly
feminine coordinates for a special little girl who’s already arrived or
to be
stored in grandmother’s hope chest in anticipation, some darling angel
is sure
to look absolutely precious in her pink layette!
Please
note an error has been found on the scalloped yoke daygown overlay
printed on the issue
#98
Sew Beautiful
pullout… somehow during transition from my hand drawn pattern to the
computer
drawing the scale was enlarged by 11%.
The printed overlay is therefore to long (9 5/16” vs the
original 8
1/4"). You may use the original
overlay which I have included in pattern #146, or you can reduce the
pullout
overlay to 88%. I sincerely apologize
for this error and thanks to the reader who brought it to my attention
